How to make steamed pork with soy sauce powder

1. Clean the pork belly and put it in a pot with cold water to cook.Use chopsticks to pierce the pork belly to remove the blood.

2. Let cool and cut into thin slices.Mix well with soy sauce, cooking wine and red bean paste and cover for a while

3.Add steamed pork rice noodles and stir until each piece of meat is coated with rice noodles

4. Place the meat skin side down neatly into a bowl and sprinkle shredded ginger on top

5.Cut the potatoes into thick slices and place them on top

6.Put in the electric pressure cooker and time it for fifty minutes

7. After steaming, cover the bowl with a plate and quickly turn it over and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips
Soy sauce and bean paste are both salty, so there is no need to add salt.If it is heavy, add more bean paste.Steamed meat rice noodles are sold in all major supermarkets and dried vegetable stores.If you don’t have an electric pressure cooker at home, use an ordinary pot to steam for a while.
