Eggs ( 5 ) | Milk ( 50g ) |
Low-gluten flour ( 60g ) | Corn oil ( 50g ) |

How to make original cake roll
1. Stir milk, ten grams of sugar and corn oil until emulsified.

9. Line the baking sheet with oil paper in advance, pour the cake batter into it and gently use a plastic scraper to Scrape it smooth and squeeze it twice to remove any big air bubbles.Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.

10. Take it out after baking, cover the surface with a layer of oil paper, turn it over and gently tear it off Uncover the oil paper and let it cool, then roll it up while it is still warm.
Tips
When making cake rolls, be sure not to over-beat the egg whites, otherwise they will crack.
