Ingredients
Eggs ( 3 ) | Low flour ( 45 grams ) |
Sugar ( 40 grams ) | Milk powder ( 5g ) |
Oil ( 25 grams ) | Milk ( 25g ) |

1.Mix egg yolks, milk, oil and 10 grams of sugar evenly

2.Add sifted cake flour

3.Stir until there are no particles

4.Pour a few drops of vinegar into the egg whites and beat them
