How to make cocoa sponge cake

1.Mix the cake flour and cocoa powder and sift
2.Pour the egg liquid and sugar into a clean basin-

3. Beat until the volume is fluffy and the color turns white, and the liquid will not disappear easily when the whisk is lifted up

4.Pour in the water and add the powder

5.Fold with a spatula until it is shiny and smooth

8.Oven temperature 170 degrees for 15 minutes
