How to make braised beef

2.Wash the beef.

3.Cut into pieces.

4. Boil water in a pot, pour in beef blanching water, and boil again for 1 minute.

5. Remove the beef, rinse it, drain and set aside.

6. Prepare a small bowl, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, balsamic vinegar, and oyster sauce , chicken juice, fresh shellfish, salt, chicken essence, stir well and set aside.

7. Slice the ginger, flatten the garlic, tie the green onion into knots, cut the white part of the green onion into sections, and appropriate amount of pepper , appropriate amount of dried chili, two slices of tangerine peel, optional star anise leaves, cinnamon and other aniseed ingredients, and two slices of dried lemon.

8. Pour oil into a pot and heat it up.Pour in three tablespoons of white sugar and stir-fry over low heat.

14. Turn the pressure cooker to tendons and beans and simmer for 45 minutes.If you don't have a pressure cooker, just use a pressure cooker or casserole pot.

Tips
Just add condiments based on personal experience.The fried sugar is already very beautiful in color, so there is no need to add too much dark soy sauce, just a few drops will be enough.
