Ingredients
Beef sirloin ( 1100g ) | Cilantro( 1 plant ) |
Ginger ( 3 pieces ) | Green onions ( 0.5 roots ) |
Aniseed ( 2 pcs ) | Salt ( 2.5 grams ) |
| Light soy sauce ( 20g ) |
How to cook beef stew

1.Rinse the beef repeatedly under tap water.The beef brisket is a little more sinewy, making the finished product chewier.

2. Wash and cut the coriander into sections, wash and cut the ginger and green onions, and prepare the aniseed ingredients.

3. Cut the beef crosswise into even strips.

4. Boil water in a pot, add beef after the water boils, and remove from the pot for about 1 minute.

Tips
If you like beef with a darker color, you can add dark soy sauce to taste.
