Ingredients
Lettuce ( a little ) | Cherry tomatoes ( 3 ) |
Red grapes ( 3 pcs ) | Cucumber ( Half one ) |
Pear ( Half ) | Orange ( Half ) |
Carrot ( 1 section ) | Honey( a little ) |
Salad dressing ( A little ) |
How to make vegetable and fruit salad

1. Lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, grapes , pears (peeled), and oranges washed (only half of the oranges were used).

2.Cucumbers, carrots sliced, pears diced, cherry tomatoes, and grapes cut in half , orange slices.

3. Boil the water in the pot, add the carrots and blanch them.

4. Remove the stem.

5. Code the vegetables and fruits into the plate.

6. Drizzle with honey.

7.Add salad dressing and it is ready to eat.
Tips
Blanch the carrots and mix them with water to make them more delicious.When cutting the red grapes, remember to remove the seeds.
