Ingredients
Rice ( 50g ) | Glutinous rice ( 50g ) |
Cabbage ( 100g ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( two ) |
Yam ( 50g ) | Green onions (a little) |
Ginger ( a little ) | Eating Oil ( a little ) |
Salt ( a little ) | Sesame oil ( a little ) |
Chicken essence ( a little ) | White pepper ( a little ) |

1.Prepare ingredients.

2.Wash the rice and glutinous rice.

3. Boil the mushrooms in a pot of boiling water for one minute.

4. Cut the mushrooms, cabbage, and yam into thin slices and set aside.

5. Chop the onion and ginger into mince.

6. Add half a pot of water to the pot, turn on high heat, add rice and glutinous rice after the water boils.

Tips
Pour the mushrooms in water to remove formaldehyde and heavy metals that may be contained in the mushrooms.Stir the pot frequently when cooking porridge, as glutinous rice tends to stick to the bottom of the pot.
