Ingredients
High-gluten flour ( 200g ) | Low-gluten flour ( 40 Grams ) |
Milk powder ( 5 grams ) | Sugar ( 18 grams ) | Salt ( 3 grams ) | Eggs ( 25g ) |
Yeast ( 3g ) | Water ( 140ml ) |
Butter ( 20 grams ) | Sausage ( 8 pieces ) |

How to make hot dog rolls

1.Pour the water into the bread machine first, then add high-gluten flour, low-gluten flour, eggs, milk powder, sugar and salt diagonally, press a small hole, and put the yeast in middle.

2. Knead the dough for one hour, as shown in the picture

3. Ferment for 60 minutes.If not fermented in the bread machine, cover with a wet towel for fermentation.

4. Take out the dough that has doubled in size, deflate it, and cut it into 8 portions on average., make a round shape, cover with a wet towel and let rest for 10 minutes.Roll the dough into a 15cm long strip.

5.Spiral wrapped sausage in 3 or 4 turns

6. Secure the head and tail of the dough and put it into the baking pan.Place it in a warm and moist place for final fermentation for about 40 minutes.The dough will ferment to 1, 5 times bigger.

7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, brush with egg wash, and bake for 15 minutes until the surface is golden.That’s it.
Tips
1.After wrapping the sausage, about one centimeter of sausage is exposed at both ends of the noodles.After the fermentation is completed, the dough will be equal to the sausage.
