How to make coconut bean paste bread
1. Prepare ingredients: weigh the ingredients and soften the butter in advance.
2. Mix all the ingredients except butter in the order of liquid first and then solid.

3. Knead into a smooth dough and add softened butter.

14. Ferment again to double the original size.

15. Brush an appropriate amount of egg liquid on the surface and sprinkle with coconut mash.

16. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake on the middle shelf for 25 minutes.

17. Take it out of the oven and let it cool before eating.
