How to make red bean bread

1.Put all the above ingredients into the bread machine, liquid first, then dry powder, and yeast last.

2. First press the dough function once, and after completion, press the dough function again

3. After the dough is fermented, take out the dough, roll it out and deflate it.

4.Add red bean filling (in fact, you can add whatever filling you like)

5.Roll up
6.After each is done, arrange them well and put them in the oven for fermentation.Turn the heat up and down to 40°C and ferment for 35 minutes.(I didn’t take a photo of this step this time, so I used the one from last time instead)

7. After fermentation, take it out and let it dry for a while.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.Use a sharp knife to make a slit on the surface of the dough, roll the butter into strips, stuff it into the slit, brush with egg wash, and finally sprinkle with powdered sugar

8.Everything is done, it’s in the oven

9. It's out of the oven, this time I put more powdered sugar, the surface looks a bit overdone
