How to make whole wheat bread rolls

1.Except butter and oil, add all the ingredients into flour and mix into a spindle shape until smooth.

Tips
The fermentation time is not fixed.When the room temperature is high, it will take 40 minutes to ensure good fermentation.as standard.There are also differences in oven temperatures.I use a Galanz oven for reference.
