How to make sugar-free bread
1.Put one egg and two spoons of butter into the bread machine

Tips
1/Beijing*ACA, 299 bread machine, cheap and easy to use.
2/Some introductions say that you can add sugar or salt, both of which are also to promote fermentation.I think the current environment is not necessary.
3/I take out the mixer when making noodles, otherwise there will be holes after making them which will affect the appearance.
4/After the preparation is completed, do not open the lid immediately, turn off the power for 5-10 minutes, take it out, leave it without heat and immediately put it in a fresh-keeping bag for storage.Bread is soft and will dry out and harden if not exposed to air.
