How to make (common flour) bean paste bread

1.Prepare all ingredients

2. Mix yeast powder with water (a small amount) of about 30 degrees Celsius + egg liquid (you can save a little for brushing the bread at the end) + sugar + salt + milk powder + flour, and mix it into cotton wool

3. Add water in batches (the dough will have more moisture at this time and will be softer), Cover with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature for 30 minutes

4. After fermentation + butter, continue Knead

5. Knead and beat the dough for about 30 minutes. It feels very good to knead the dough.Just be strong

6.Cover with plastic wrap and continue fermentation (1-if time If you have enough time, you can ferment it at room temperature until it doubles in size.2- You can also ferment it overnight and use it the next day.3- If you don’t have enough time, just like me, make a pot of hot water and put the noodles on the hot water to ferment for 30 minutes.)

7.After 30 minutes, the dough is ready if there are many pores

8.The dough is also out of film at this time

9.50g per serving, leave it for 15 minutes to let the noodles relax (note that you can cover it with plastic wrap to prevent the noodles from drying out)

10. Flatten the dough, take 30g of bean paste filling and wrap it in the dough (the bean paste filling is my own (made, not so sweet, put more), you can refer to my previous recipe for making bean paste filling

11. Place the seal face down

12. Mix well Roll out the dough with bean paste filling into a round ball, and use a knife to make a few cuts (don’t make it through, just make the first layer through to expose the filling)

13.The side with the mouth is facing down, rolled

14. Rolled and baked like this, it looks like caterpillar bread

15.Make a circle and connect both ends

16.Put it in the middle rack of the oven without heating, put a bowl of boiling water in the lower rack, and continue to ferment for 30 minutes

17.Take it out, brush with egg wash and sesame seeds (the noodles are very soft at this time)

18.Put it into the oven and heat it up and down at 170 degrees for 20 minutes

19.I This baking pan is a bit small, some are crowded together, and there are a few meal bags left that are not decorated, but the effect is good
Tips
Bread made from ordinary flour looks similar to bread made from high-gluten flour, but tastes better It’s not that soft.If you want it to be softer, it’s better to use high-gluten flour
