Ingredients

How to stir-fry pork floss in a bread machine

1.Prepare the ingredients;

2. Wash the lean pork and cut it into large pieces of 3X3Cm (please cut along the texture of the meat);

3.Put the cut pork into the electric cooker and pour in water to cover the pork.;

4.Add onion segments, ginger slices, Sichuan peppercorns and Huadiao wine;

5.Cover the lid and press the air valve, select the broiler setting for about 25 minutes until the program ends; p>

6. Remove the pork and drain;

7.Put it in a clean plastic bag;

8.Crush it with a rolling pin;

9.Put it into the bread machine, pour in vegetable oil, light soy sauce, salt and sugar (I also added a little pepper powder and paste pepper powder);

10. Start the bread machine to fry pork floss for about an hour.Add sesame seeds in the last 20 minutes until the program ends;

11.Put the fried pork floss on a drying net covered with kitchen paper, let it cool and eat.

Tips
I added Sichuan pepper powder and pepper powder when frying the pork floss.You can also choose the flavor powder, chili powder, curry powder and cumin powder according to your own preferences.All are good choices.
