Herring ( 500g ) | White radish ( 2 pieces ) |
Ginger ( 3 pieces ) | Scallion ( 5g ) |
Wine rice ( 50g ) | Cooking wine ( 2 spoons ) |
Lightly salted soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) |
How to make herring stewed with radish

1.Prepare the ingredients: wash, peel and cut the round radish into hob cubes, wash and cut the herring into cubes

2.Pour the radish cubes into the pot first

3.Place the herring pieces on top, so that when stewing, the radish can absorb the fat and flavor of the herring, making it more delicious
4.Add ginger slices

5.Pour in 2 spoons Cooking wine

6.Pour in 2 tablespoons of light salt soy sauce
