Tofu ( 1 big piece ) | Tomato ( 1 piece ) |
Garlic ( 2 pieces ) | Cilantro ( appropriate amount ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Chicken essence ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make homemade tofu with tomato sauce

1. Cut the tofu into long strips.

2.Put it into the pot and fry over low heat.

3. Fry until both sides are golden brown.

4.Cut the fried tofu cubes in half with a knife.(The cut noodles are easy to taste)

5.Put a chopstick into the tomato and roast it on the fire.Yes, the skin will come off with just a light peel.

6.Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, mince the garlic, and chop the coriander.

7. Heat oil in a pan, put minced garlic and tomatoes into the pan and stir-fry over low heat.

8.When the tomatoes are boiling red juice, add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat.

Tips
1.Don’t buy tofu that is too tender, otherwise it will be really difficult to fry.
2.Boil the tomatoes over low heat to produce red juice and then add water to boil.
