MSG ( I teaspoon ) | Flour ( a little ) |

1.Cut the red pepper and onion into dices of corresponding sizes.(Cut the onion and sprinkle it with a little flour to prevent the water from being lost during frying and keep it crispy.) Slice the ginger, cut the green onion into sections, and slice the garlic!
