Snow peas ( 300g ) | Sausage ( One stick ) |

How to stir-fry snow peas with preserved meat

1. Remove the stems of the snow peas, tear off the old tendons, soak and wash them and set aside;

2.Soak wolfberry, wash and set aside;

3. Cut the sausage into thin slices and set aside;

4. Chop the garlic and set aside.Use sweet potato flour to thicken the gravy

Tips
Spicy or Cantonese-style sausages are both delicious;
Put more minced garlic and it will be particularly fragrant.
The wolfberry can also be replaced with red pepper.I was feeding it to children, so I didn’t add the pepper.
