How to make whole wheat corn bread

1.Mix water and yeast, stir well and let it sit for 5 minutes.Add high-gluten flour, whole wheat flour, and corn flour

2. Pour in olive oil, sugar and salt, knead until the surface is smooth, and ferment until doubled in size

Tips
Corn meal is not corn starch.You can add dried fruits and nuts according to your preference for a richer taste.If the oven is smaller, you can bake the middle layer first and then cover it with tin foil and move it down to one layer
