Ingredients
High flour ( 300g ) | Butter ( appropriate amount ) |
Milk powder ( appropriate amount ) | Yeast ( 3g ) |
White sugar ( 10 g ) | Sesame seeds ( appropriate amount ) |
Honey ( appropriate amount ) | Eggs ( 1 ) |
How to make honey croissants

1. Beat the eggs, pour them into the flour, then add the yeast, milk powder and white sugar and mix well with warm water.As shown in the picture

2.Knead evenly and place it in a warm and humid place for 1 hour to ferment.Twice as big as before

3. Divide into five equal parts and use a rolling pin to roll into long strips.One end is big and the other is small, then roll it up starting from the big end (I filled the other one directly and made it into a round shape) and put it in a warm place for another 20 minutes to double in size

4. Brush the top with honey, sprinkle with sesame seeds, then brush with egg wash, and bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes

5.After baking, take it out and let it cool
