Tips
The water absorption rate of each flour is different.The ratio of flour to water is 2:1.If it is not suitable, make some adjustments.
If the amount on the top of a 6-inch mold is less than the amount of bread on the bottom, that means the amount of bread on the top is about 15 grams less than the amount on the bottom.If they are the same amount, the upper layer will rise very high when baked, and the top will be blackened and the lower layer will not be cooked yet.
