Egg tart crust ( 9 pieces ) | Egg yolk ( 2 pcs ) |
Spun yarn Sugar ( 15g ) | Condensed milk ( 1 tsp ) |
Custard powder ( appropriate amount ) | Milk ( 150ML ) |

How to make cranberry egg tarts
1.Prepare materials.

2. Take the egg tart shell out of the refrigerator and set aside.

3. Add spun sugar, milk and condensed milk to the egg yolks, mix well, then add custard powder , mix well.

4.The custard powder should be fully integrated into the egg yolk liquid.

5.Pour evenly into the tart crust.

6. Put some dried cranberries in each egg tart.
