5. Divide the dough into four parts and knead into a dough.

6. Knead the small dough into long strips of even thickness.

8. Grease the inner wall of the six-inch floating bottom mold, and then put the four braids into the mold.Connected head to tail.Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 30 minutes.When the dough expands until the mold is about 70% full, brush a layer of water on the surface of the dough and sprinkle some sugar and coconut.

9. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes and heat up and down to 180 degrees.Put the dough in and bake for 20 minutes.
Tips
To avoid over-coloring, cover with tin foil after baking for 10 minutes.
