2.I used a Dongling bread machine to knead the dough continuously for 35 minutes.That’s it.Other brands of bread machines can be used according to the actual situation, as long as the following film appears.Close the lid of the bread machine and let it ferment at room temperature until doubled in size.

3.This is the fermented dough, gently deflate it with your hands.

Tips
1-Every oven has its own temperament.Even ovens of the same brand will have temperature deviations.Just record the temperature of the bread for reference.
