Glutinous rice flour ( 200g ) | Corn starch ( 30g ) |

Dove Chocolate ( 4 sachets ) | Coconut ( appropriate amount ) |
Glutinous rice paper ( 12 small sheets ) | Cake cups (small) ( 12 pieces ) |
How to make chocolate glutinous rice cakes

1.Put the glutinous rice flour, cocoa powder, corn starch, 10 grams of white sugar and butter into a container.

2. Add warm water and stir to form a grain-free glutinous rice paste.

3.Pour the glutinous rice paste into the fresh-keeping bag and tie the mouth.Place in a steamer and steam over high heat for 30 minutes.

4.After steaming, knead in 20 grams of sugar while it is hot (be careful as it will burn your hands)

5. Prepare coconut paste and cut Dove chocolate into 12 small pieces.

6. Divide the cocoa glutinous rice dough into 12 equal parts.

Tips
Wrap it in chocolate while it's still hot, and the popping sensation feels so good.Steam the glutinous rice balls over high heat for 30 minutes.If the time is too short, they will be undercooked.Two-thirds of the sugar is left to prevent the steamed cocoa glutinous rice balls from sticking to your hands.You can also leave out the sticky rice paper if you bought it online.Be careful not to burn your hands during the whole process.
