1. Prepare all the materials one by one good!

2.Put the glutinous rice flour, sticky rice flour and rice flour into the utensil and stir evenly!

Tips
My mooncake mold is 50g.The filling and dough are 25:25 this time because the bean paste filling I bought is a bit sweet.Normally it is 30:20!
When the batter is steamed, be sure to cover it with plastic wrap, otherwise water vapor will enter and affect the dough!
The steaming time depends on the cooking method of each family.Some use induction cookers and some use gas stoves.The time will be different!
