1.Sift all the flour into a basin

2. Add milk and stir until there are no grains

3.Add condensed milk and Soybean oil, stir gently

5.Pour into a small basin , steam in boiling water for 30 minutes

7.After it cools, knead it into a smooth dough.Be sure to wear gloves, otherwise it will stick to your hands

8. Divide the skin into 25 grams each, and the custard filling is also 25 grams each.Take one, roll it into a round shape and flatten it

9.Put in the custard filling, slowly roll it up from the edge, and wrap it up

10. Fill all the fillings and roll them into balls and set aside

11.Put the ice skin into the fried glutinous rice flour and roll it around, then use the mooncake mold to press into the pattern you like
