How to make yogurt toast (Chinese method)

1. 4. After kneading, add the butter that has been softened at room temperature in advance, and then Start a kneading program and knead out the hand mask.

5.Start the fermentation program directly in the bread machine barrel and let it grow to 2 times big.

6.Start the kneading process again for a few minutes to exhaust, and divide it into three equal parts.portion and roll it into tongue shape.

7. Roll it up and put it in the toast box one by one.

8. Put it in the oven for secondary fermentation.I put a Bowl of hot water, you can also use the oven fermentation function.

9. Send to 9 minutes full, preheat the oven at 180 degrees for the upper and lower tubes , put the toast box in the oven and bake it for 40 minutes, full.
