How to make whole wheat soda crackers

1. Melt butter in water, add sugar and salt ;

2.Stir evenly;

3.Put whole wheat flour, baking soda, and dry yeast together as evenly as possible;

4.Pour the powder into the butter liquid, mix well and form a dough, and increase or decrease the amount of water as appropriate;

Tips
1.After the dough is mixed, knead for a while, about 10 minutes, to make the dough smooth and elastic.

3.Replace whole wheat flour with all-purpose flour to make original sweet soda biscuits.The amount of water needs to be adjusted according to the different flours.
