Low-gluten flour ( 95g ) | Butter ( 70g ) |
Frosting ( 25g ) | Soft white sugar ( 20g ) |
Milk powder ( 8g ) | Whipping cream ( 25ml ) |

Cream cookies Method

1. Prepare materials.

2. Soften the butter in a basin with warm water.

3.Add icing sugar, white sugar, milk powder and salt.

5.Add low-gluten flour.

6. Stir.
