Ingredients
Low-gluten flour ( 150g ) | Corn oil ( 40g ) |
Butter ( 20 grams ) | Sugar ( 30 grams ) |
Milk ( 20g ) | Sesame ( 10 grams ) |
How to make crispy sesame cookies

1. Melt the butter over water, add 40 grams of corn oil, 20 grams of milk, and 30 grams of sugar, mix well.

2. Add 150 grams of low-gluten flour.

3. Stir into lumps, then you can knead it into dough.

4. Divide the large dough into 10g small dough.

5. Shape into small balls.

6.Put the small ball in your hand and flatten it.
