Butter ( 55g ) | Powdered sugar ( 50g span> ) |
Egg liquid ( 40g ) | Salt ( 1g ) |
Corn oil ( 45g ) | Whole wheat flour ( 122g ) |
Low-gluten flour ( 122g ) |
How to make whole wheat cartoon biscuits

1. Butter Soften in advance (use a spatula to easily press out traces) and add sifted powdered sugar

2. Beat until the color becomes lighter and the volume is fluffy.

3.Add the egg liquid in three times, beating well after each addition before adding the next time.

4.Good state.

5.Add salt and corn oil and beat well.

6. Sieve the powder and mix into a dough.Chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.

7. Roll the dough into a 3mm sheet and use a mold to press out the shape you like.

8. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes.
Tips
When rolling out the dough, make sure the thickness is even and the surface will be golden brown.Let it simmer for a few minutes when the time is up.
