How to make original cookies

1.Prepare the materials, flour, salt, sugar, butter, yeast

2.Add sugar and salt to the flour (if you cannot control the amount of water during the kneading process, you can set aside 3 spoons of flour first, and you can omit it if you are experienced)

4.Use a stainless steel spoon to knead into flakes

5. Add softened butter and knead it into a ball.(If the dough is too thin during the process, you can add one or two tablespoons of flour that you reserved before)

6.Use your fingers to make a hole in the middle of the kneaded dough

7.Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment for about 1 hour until it gets bigger, press it with your fingers so that it does not spring back

8.Prepare the biscuit grinder

9. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and brush with a thin layer of olive oil to avoid sticking to the pan

10.Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a round cake with a thickness of about 3 cm, then use a grinder to press it into the desired shape and place it in a baking bowl

12.Finished Product

3.Add the yeast water that has been blended in advance.Mix as little (warm) water as possible.Add the water little by little while stirring
