How to make sheep biscuits

1. I didn’t take any pictures when making the noodles, so I will describe the process with the finished product! Soften butter at room temperature, add powdered sugar and stir evenly, add light cream and stir evenly, then add low flour and mix into a dough! Divide out about 60 grams to make sheep’s hair! If you don’t want to make all sheep and sheep, you can make more cocoa dough and make some cocoa biscuits

2. Separate a portion of the dough and roll it into a long strip, then shape it into a ball like this, use your hands to knead it into a drop shape, and press it flat

3. Divide a portion of the dough into thin strips of sheep ears and place them close to the sheep's face to form the basic shape
4. Divide a portion of the cocoa dough, roll it into small balls, place them in groups of four crosses to make hair, press it flat, place it on the sheep head, and press Tight
5. Finally, use toothpicks to insert the sheep's nose and mouth, and use black sesame seeds to point out the eyes.

6.I made the remaining dough into biscuits like this!

7.The prepared noodles should be placed in the refrigerator freezer for about 30 minutes, and then cut p>

8. Finally, preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius, lower the heat to 160 degrees Celsius, and bake for 18-20 minutes! Please set the temperature according to your own oven.Of course, the upper and lower heat can also be used!
Tips
The baking temperature can be adjusted according to your own oven temperature, but don’t use too much heat, as the color on the sheep’s face will be too dark and it won’t look good!
