How to make egg toast (looks a bit like Dalie)

1.Use a bread machine to make dough, and knead the dough until a large film can be pulled out.Place in a basin to ferment until 2.5 times in size

3.After the first fermentation is completed, divide it into three equal parts , round and relax for 15 minutes.Roll the dough into an oval shape.Turn over and fold the two opposite sides in half towards the middle.Press and release air with your hands.Roll it out into a long strip with the same width as the mold, and roll it up from bottom to top.

4. Place the mold on the inner wall and apply butter.Arrange evenly, three pieces of dough.Cover with plastic wrap for final fermentation.When the dough rises to nine points, brush with honey water when full.

5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, using upper and lower heat.Bake the bottom layer at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.After baking for ten minutes, when the surface starts to color, cover with tin foil.
