How to make lemon strawberry cookies (microwave plate)

1.First take out the butter from the refrigerator and soften it at room temperature for one hour.Then cut into small cubes and stir in powdered sugar and salt.After it is evenly absorbed, add starch and knead it into small particles.Add lemon juice and knead it into a ball.Place it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes

2.Take out the dough and shape it into the desired shape.First make a small piece to test the temperature.(I used the microwave oven on medium-low heat for two minutes.If the biscuits are thicker, you can add time per minute)

3.Find a suitable time and then make cookies in batches.(If you want to make a simple shape, you can directly shape it into rectangular slices.For round and concave margarita-shaped biscuits, just round and flatten them)
Tips
