How to make purple sweet potato biscuit sticks

1.Purple Wash the potatoes, steam them, peel them and weigh 150g, then weigh the other ingredients.

2.Put the purple sweet potato into a food processor and stir until pureed, set aside.

3. Soften butter at room temperature, add powdered sugar in three batches, and beat with an electric egg beater , that is, the butter is white in color and expanded in volume.

4.Add low-gluten flour and purple sweet potato puree, stir evenly.If it is too dry, add egg liquid appropriately.

5. Knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

6. Take it out from the refrigerator, put it in a fresh-keeping bag and roll it into a 7cm thick piece.

7. Brush the surface with a layer of egg wash.

8. Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly and press them gently with your hands to prevent them from falling.Both black and white sesame seeds are fine.

9.Use a knife to cut into small strips and place them evenly on a baking sheet covered with oilcloth.Within the plate.(I cut it a bit thickly, but you can make it thinner so that it can be baked thoroughly when baking.)

10.Preheat the oven in advance to 160 degrees in the middle for 20 minutes.

1.When it is almost baked, check the coloring at any time and cover it with tin foil.2.Bake it and let it cool, then put it in a sealed container and take as much as you like.
