How to make soufflé (one cup version)

1.Let’s take a group photo first

2. Melt the butter over water, brush it all over the baking cup, and pour the remaining butter into the milk

3.Pour in some white sugar and roll it evenly

4.Mix the milk and butter evenly (use the remaining butter)

5.Sift in low gluten Flour, stir evenly

6.Pour the egg yolk liquid into it and stir evenly

7.Add the remaining sugar to the egg whites and beat until the egg whites can lift into triangles

8. Scoop one-third of the meringue into the egg liquid and mix well

9. Pour in all the remaining meringue and mix well.(Cut up and down and mix)

10.Pour into the baking cup, use 190°, middle layer , bake for 10 minutes

11.The smooth soufflé is completed.
Tips
Eat it immediately after taking it out of the oven, otherwise it will collapse.
