How to make Portuguese egg tarts

1. Add sugar to milk and stir well

2.Add egg yolk and stir evenly

3.Add whipping cream and stir Evenly

4.Finally add the cake flour and stir (because I am a bit lazy, I don’t want to sift the cake flour, Pour directly into the mix and stir)

5. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes and place it on the bottom shelf of the oven.220 (according to the temperature of your own oven, mine is on the low side, so it needs to be baked at 220 to get the color) for 25-30 minutes. You can see that the center of the tart is puffed up and the surface has a slight caramel color.
Tips
1.I don’t like it to be too sweet, so I add less sugar. If you like it sweet, you can add more sugar.
2.Before baking, place the tart shells one by one on the baking sheet to defrost for 10 minutes.Baking them directly will cause them to become sour.
