Ingredients
Milk ( 150g ) | Milk training ( One tablespoon ) |
Whipping cream ( 50g ) | Eggs (yolks) ( 4 pieces ) |
Low powder ( 15g ) | raisins (appropriate amount) |
Tart crust ( 9 pieces ) | Sugar ( 30g ) |
How to make raisin egg tarts

1. Prepare all the ingredients and defrost the egg tart shell in advance! Soak the raisins in warm water (it’s okay if you don’t soak them, I think drying them plainly is not very hygienic)
