Low-gluten flour ( 20g ) | Condensed milk ( 5g ) |
White sugar ( 20g ) |
How to make original egg tart

1.Weigh pure milk, condensed milk, light cream, and white sugar

2.Water heating, Stir to dissolve the white sugar

3.Sift the low-gluten flour into the cooled egg tart liquid p>

4.Stir evenly

5.Pour in 3 egg yolks and mix evenly (I added another egg to the egg white to steam the cake)

6.Mix well

7.Use a sieve to filter the egg tart liquid

8.Filtered egg tart liquid

9. Pour the egg tart shell or add the egg tart liquid with a spoon until it is 70-80% full, just enough for 12 pieces (I bought 30g of each egg tart shell) )

10.Put it in the oven at 200 degrees and bake for 25 minutes
