How to make egg tarts

1.Put sugar and starch into an egg yolk and mix well! The sugar ratio is two-thirds of the egg yolk sweetness, and less than two-tenths of the starch is enough

2.Add light cream, which is twice as much as the egg liquid

3.70ml milk powder! Wash it with 40 degree water! You can also directly use pure milk instead

4.Insert the egg tart shell until eight minutes full

5.Oven reservation for 10 minutes

6.Adjust the temperature according to the oven! Usually 180 for upper and 220 for lower! Bake for 20 minutes
