Egg tart crust ( 9 pieces ) | Milk ( 55ml ) |
Whipping cream ( 110ml ) | Egg yolk ( 2 pcs ) |
White sugar ( 20 grams ) |
How to make original egg tarts

1. Prepare materials for later use.

2.Put the whipping cream and milk in a clean container and stir evenly.

3. Then add white sugar and stir until combined.

4.Put the egg yolk in another clean container and stir to spread evenly.Make the egg yolk paste, do not beat it.

5. Pour the mixed milk into the egg yolk paste and stir evenly.

6.Pour the mixed egg tarts into the strainer and filter.

7. Pour the filtered egg tart liquid into the tart shell until it is 70% full.

8. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then place the egg tarts in the preheated oven , middle layer, 200 degrees, fire up and down, about 20 minutes.

9. Bake until the tart shell is golden brown and there are burnt yellow spots in the egg tart.

10.Plate and start eating
