Ingredients
Eggs ( 1 large ) | Blue food coloring ( A little ) |
Green food coloring ( A little ) | Ghee ( 130g ) |
Low powder ( 190g ) | Fine sugar ( 100g ) |
How to make leaf cookies

1. Melt the ghee in water, add fine sugar, and stir until the sugar melts

2.Cool the ghee to about 20 degrees, add eggs, and stir evenly and smooth.Sift in the flour and knead into a dough.

3. Divide the dough into two parts, add green and blue food coloring respectively, and knead into Taper shape and press flat on oilcloth.Use a plastic release knife to carve out leaf veins.

4.Put it in the oven and heat it up and down at 150 degrees.It will take about 15 minutes to color and smell.Serve.
Tips
Since the pastry dough is yellow after mixing, adding green pigment will make it light green, and adding blue will make it dark green.The dough is soft, so if you want to use a cookie cutter, you can refrigerate the dough for a while before making it.
