Ingredients
Butter ( 100g ) | Brown sugar ( 35g ) |
White sugar ( 35g ) | Room temperature eggs ( 1 piece ) |
Hot water ( 1 tsp ) | |
Salt ( 1/4 tsp ) | Medium gluten Flour (plain flour) ( 155g ) |
Chocolate beans ( 140g ) | Vanilla extract ( 1 tsp ) |
How to make chocolate chip cookies

1. Soften the butter at room temperature and add the two mixed sugars.Use a whisk to beat evenly, don't over-beat! Add another room temperature egg and continue beating evenly! (I didn’t take a detailed picture before, so I used this one instead)

2.Add vanilla in turn Add essence, salt, baking soda powder melted with hot water, stir evenly.Just use a spatula!

3.Add flour in two batches and mix evenly! Add the chocolate beans and mix well!

4. Use a spoon to scoop out a suitable size of batter and place it on the baking sheet (remember to grease the paper )! Just apply a little pressure! Mine is about 16 grams each
