Purple sweet potato ( 250g ) | Glutinous rice flour ( 80g ) |

How to make purple sweet potato balls

1. Wash and peel the purple sweet potatoes, cut into thick slices and steam them in a steamer!

2.Press the purple sweet potato into puree

3.Add sugar and mix well

4.Add glutinous rice flour

5.Add milk and mix well

6.Make dough
