Ingredients
Pumpkin ( 1 catty ) | Vegetable oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Braised soy sauce ( a little ) |
Chicken essence ( a little ) | onion ( 1 root ) |
How to make braised pumpkin

1.Prepare the required ingredients

2.Peel the pumpkin, remove seeds, and cut into thick slices of uniform size

3. Heat the oil in the pan and pour in the cut pumpkin
4.High heat, stir-fry quickly and evenly
5.Pour in half a bowl of water, add appropriate amount of salt, and simmer for about ten minutes

6. Pour in braised soy sauce and chicken essence and stir-fry

7.Medium-low heat to collect the juice

8. Take out of the pot and sprinkle with chopped green onion
Tips
1.Choose a sweeter and waxier pumpkin, otherwise it will not be delicious enough.
2.The salt must be added when the water is poured in, otherwise the taste will be uneven and the pumpkin will be rotten when the salt is added after it is cooked.
