How to make bean paste cake

1. Melt the yeast with warm water.

2.Put in flour and start the bread machine kneading program.

3. Knead into a smooth dough and cover with plastic wrap.

4. Ferment until twice the original size, peel the dough and it will look like a honeycomb inside.

5. Knead evenly and let it rise for twenty minutes.

6. Divide into small uniform portions and roll into balls.(You can control the size by yourself.I divided it into six.The baked cakes are medium-sized.)

7.Take a small piece of dough and flatten it.

8.Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a thicker middle and thinner edge, and add an appropriate amount of bean paste.filling.

9. Wrap it up like a bun, or simply pinch the closing edge.

10. Close the mouth and place it on the bottom, then flatten it and use a rolling pin to gently roll it into a larger cake.

11. After everything is done, prepare the pancakes!

12. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, then put the cake into the pan over low heat.

13. Fry until both sides are browned and the cake becomes larger and thicker.

Tips
For the steps of kneading the dough, I use a bread machine.If you don’t have a bread machine, just put the dough directly into the basin, add water little by little and knead it into a dough.I made the noodles the night before and baked the pancakes the next morning, so it didn’t take long to make soup and breakfast was done.
