Butter ( 500g ) | Water ( 1000g ) |
Eggs (whole eggs) ( About 21 ) | Low-gluten flour ( 750g ) |

How to make puffs

1. Bring butter, water, (a little sugar, salt) to a boil

2.After boiling, add flour to butter and water

3. Set aside and use a blender to cool down

4. Prepare 21 beaten eggs

5.Slowly add the eggs, about 2 to 3 at a time, and stir evenly

6.Take it out and put it in the container to squeeze out

7.Put it in the oven; the temperature is about 200 degrees and 190 degrees, and bake for about 18 minutes (adjust according to your own oven)

9. Stir 1000 grams of whipping cream and 50 grams of sugar together;

10. Stir 200 grams of custard powder and 500 grams of milk together
